Hi, I’m Joleen Teninty.
I’m a gypsy at heart - Jersey-born and raised, lived on the east and west coasts (back and forth a few times), and landed in Florida for the third and final time! With a BS in Biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, I always knew that directly helping others was my calling.
I’ve worked for-profit and non-profit sectors, with extensive focus on career coaching and job transition. I have a passion for helping others break into new roles in the non-profit community, as well as active duty and Veterans find meaningful positions that reduce transition challenges.
Self-development and integrative wellness are fundamentals in our personal and professional endeavors. When we tap into our fullest potential, we not only become who we were meant to be, but we are able to collaborate, succeed, and grow in mind, body, and spirit.
Vision
Transform the dynamic non-profit world into synergistic communities.
Mission
Teach individuals and teams to leverage their brand to create synergy within organizations and boards for the non-profit space.

“Without Continual growth and progress,
such words as improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning.”
– Benjamin Franklin
